Museum

The former 17th-Century coach house of Kinneil Estate was run by Falkirk Council as a local museum from 1976 until 2026. As of June 2026, this museum block is now under the management of Historic Environment Scotland (HES) and visitors should note that it is undergoing alterations and will be mainly closed for a transitional period. Its toilets and some other basic facilities will be opened and available every Saturday from 13 June when Kinneil House is open for its regular guided tours. New opening arrangements and other visitor information beyond that will be published in due course, once known.
