Visit Kinneil Museum
Kinneil Museum is closed from 8 December 2025 until 12 January 2026, but is normally open throughout the rest of the year (from 12.30 p.m. to 4 p.m. each day – although closed on Tuesdays). Admission is free of charge. The museum is packed with information on Kinneil and the wider Bo’ness area.

Kinneil boasts acres of woodland and natural habitat.
Explore the area on foot or bike, or join a free guided walk.

Explore Kinneil House
The imposing Kinneil House will be open for guided tours almost every Saturday in 2025 from April to September. Meanwhile find out more about the House in Kinneil Museum, or take a digital guided audio tour from home any time.

Kinneil Estate and Nature Reserve are part of the John Muir Way, a long-distance walking route across central Scotland.
